Refund & Return Policy

Because we sell intimate wellness products, your safety and hygiene are our top priority. Due to the nature of these items, we follow strict industry standards regarding returns and refunds.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Intimate wellness products and accessories

  • Personal massagers, vibrators, and intimate devices

  • Lubricants, creams, oils, wipes, and topical products

  • Bath & body products

  • Clearance or promotional items

Once these items leave our care, we cannot guarantee their condition for resale.

Eligible Returns (Unopened & Unused Only)

We may accept returns within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

  • Item shows no signs of tampering or damage

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund to original payment method (at our discretion)

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit once verified.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Processing Time

Approved refunds or credits are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused or returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.
